At Leyla’s Jewls, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
You do not need to provide a reason for the return.
To start a return, contact us at leylajewls@gmail.com and include your order number.
Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item should be returned in substantially the same condition in which you received it.
You may inspect and try the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and fit. However, we may reduce the amount refunded if the product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced.
Please include any original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost during transit.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.
Refunds
After you notify us of your return, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law and this policy.
For eligible returns, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product to your original payment method.
For customers exercising a statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Additional costs resulting from choosing express or upgraded delivery are not refundable. European Union

Once approved and processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at leylajewls@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact leylajewls@gmail.com.
Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange. In some cases, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at leylajewls@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified once it has entered processing or has already shipped.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable where permitted by law
- Items for which a legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies
Any statutory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. European Union
